Shipping Partner

All ARQAN orders are shipped via Aramex, Saudi Arabia's most trusted delivery network.

Delivery Timeframes

●     Riyadh: 1–2 business days

●     Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah: 2–3 business days

●     Other KSA cities: 3–5 business days

Shipping Rates

●     Standard shipping: 20 SAR

●     Free shipping on all orders above 100 SAR

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2pm KSA time are processed same day. Orders placed after 2pm are processed the following business day. You will receive an Aramex tracking number via WhatsApp and email once your order is dispatched.

Packaging

All ARQAN orders are carefully packed in our signature black gift packaging. Your order will arrive exactly as if it were a gift — ready to unbox or give.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also track your order directly on the Aramex website using your tracking number.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We will resolve every issue within 24 hours.
